About the Brand
At Sackett Ranch, we're thrilled to introduce you to DemerBox, a rugged, durable speaker brand conceived out of practical necessity and fueled by a passion for high-quality sound. DemerBox was created by James Demer, a career location audio recording expert who wanted a sound system that could withstand the rigors of travel and inclement weather. So, he fashioned the first DemerBox out of a robust Pelican Case, outfitting it with sturdy speakers. The result was a portable sound system that could endure just about anything.
This creative and practical solution didn't go unnoticed. In 2017, Grammy Award-Winning artist Zac Brown of the Zac Brown Band discovered DemerBox on Amazon and became an instant fan. After taking the speaker on a spearfishing trip to Belize, Brown was so impressed that he quickly invested in the startup, helping propel the brand to even greater heights.
Today, each DemerBox is still built by hand with great pride in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
