Because this product is crafted with real brass and other metals, it's expected that the materials will begin to age and naturally patina to enhance the vintage look. This transition is expected and is not a flaw. Charge every 9-12 months when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Q: How often do I need to charge my Block Tower Products to keep the battery from dying?
A: You should recharge your products once every 3-4 months to help maintain the longevity of the battery.

Q: Can I store the Block Tower System outside for extended periods?
A: The Block Tower is not meant to be stored outside for long periods. Extended exposure to wet conditions may cause unnecessary wear and tear and damage. We recommend storing your products indoors after use to help it last as long as possible and to avoid the need to purchase a replacement.

Barebones’ products purchased from an authorized Barebones distributor are covered by either a 2-year limited warranty or a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty information is located under “Warranty” on each product page. Third-party products (those not produced by Barebones) are not covered by the warranties listed below. For third-party product warranty information, please reach out to the respective party.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, proper care, and maintenance of the product. Barebones will provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.

This warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.

Warranty is void two years after purchase date.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Barebones may require proof of purchase to process a warranty claim.
